A Message from Judge Wall

To my community,

I am your incumbent Tulsa County District Judge, Office #1, presiding over a CIVIL docket of unlimited jurisdiction. I’ve been blessed by God to serve our community for 16 years as your elected District Judge. I humbly ask for your vote to re-elect me to serve you for another 4 year term.

Elected by the People 4 times, I will be the Tulsa County District Judge with the most experience in the CIVIL division in the next term starting in January, 2027 due to the retirement of two district judges. Experience matters!

I am a strong Christian Conservative, native Tulsan, 4th generation Oklahoman, graduate of Edison High School 1982, deeply rooted in the community, raised in First Methodist Church, downtown Tulsa, where I regularly attend with my mother Carole Ashcraft. I graduated from Northwestern University, Evanston, IL with a B.A. and Loyola University of Chicago School of Law.

My judicial philosophy is simple and clear: I strictly uphold the Constitutional Rights of the People as written according to Judeo-Christian values. I adhere to the judicial philosophy as written by our founders, this philosophy is commonly referred to as a Strict Constructionist, Constitutional Conservative, Originalist or Textualist. I am not a Judicial Activist.

As your District Judge, I have the courage to do what’s right according to the law, without regard to politics, passion or preconception, even when unpopular.

I have the judicial experience, integrity and shared values which our community needs to assure accountability and stability in the District Court of Tulsa County.

Voters should cast their vote for District Judge Caroline Wall with full confidence to re-elect me to serve our community for another 4-year term.

As Tulsa & Pawnee County voters and community members, I ask you to join me in encouraging friends, family and other voters to Vote for CAROLINE WALL for DISTRICT JUDGE on NOVEMBER 3RD!

Respectfully,

Caroline Wall, District Judge, Office 1
